Yoga Nidra & Meditation
Yoga Nidra is a meditation practice often referred to as yogic sleep. In this class we will work together to and use this practice for its traditional purpose of planting a Sankalpa - a desire or intention for your life. This is a beautiful time of year to bring such a practice and meditative contemplations into your awareness ahead of the new years resolutions rush. With this practice we will learn to allow the mind to rest, body to rest and rest peacefully in awareness.
You will learn traditional Yoga practices, Meditation principles and philosophies that guide you to lean into your body's natural state of Being. As I guide you to explore the subtle layers of the body you will begin to become aware of the mechanisms that guide you to rest deeply and safely in your body.

Cost: $80 / 4 Week Bundle ($20 per class) OR $25 Casual Class Pass
What to Bring: A water bottle, towel, socks and an open heart. Yoga mat and props supplied.
