One on One
A one on one session is for anyone wanting to support, insight and tools to develop a relationship with themselves through the act of meditation.
Working with meditation medicine for almost 10 years and completing various studies in Yoga & Meditation means I've gained enriching insights into how to help others navigate the meditation journey.
From beginners to experienced meditators all levels are welcomed.
We will work together online via zoom or in person to tailor a practice that supports your individual needs.
To create a space where students can fall in love with their practice.
My approach is influenced by many colours of meditation from mindfulness meditation, compassion based therapy, Yogic philosophy interwoven with western scientific perspectives of Yoga as lifestyle medicine.
